Mail box filled with unwanted solicitations to borrow money

Too many unwanted solicitation dumped into the mailbox looking for ways to add an additional service charges like borrow money join our marketing take out A loan. This is all unwanted mailbox solicitations. Too much junk mail from Square… Very annoying. First of all let me say I’ve been using this for a very long time… It’s junk switching back to a Flat Fee credit card service provider ASAP… It’s too expensive for this basic service. Goodbye ASAP need to drop this so.

You just need to add a Tax Button on the main page to be able to turn it on and off. That would make it a 5 Star App!

Before iOS 11 was released Square was good. I had just couple issues here and there but nothing mayor. Then iOS 11 arrived and Square became the worst POS solution for small-medium business. Their hardware started to have a lot of issues, the Square stand, the chip reader and the printer stopped working all together. If you contact Square support for help they will blame Apple for all the failures of their own Square hardware. Everybody knows developers have access months in advance to test their apps and hardware before a new iOS get release to the general public. Now if you visit Square Seller Community to look for answers to fix this, all you see is hundred of complains from business owners. Square Product Managers just are giving temporary solution to deal with this, like ¨take out the iPad from the stand, reset the iPad, etc. Meanwhile Square timing could not be better to release their own and new POS system, at the same time pushing their new system through an email campaign to us, the same frustrated business owners who are waiting for more than two months for a final solution. It has costed us time, effort and a lot of money, we have had spend many hours trying to fix this on our own, we had to explain to our customer over and over why the transaction take forever to complete, all this time and hassle and still not an apology or a word from the leadership at Square to us. Maybe when a large number of their customer start switching to different POS solutions like Clover, they will realize they should treat their customers better.

I have been using the application for a long time and it always has been great, but just recently when I need to add a client it tells me to update the app and it does not let me save the client info. What should I do?

WARNING Once someone pays you with the app they can at anytime dispute the payment and get a full credit refund, You get zero chance to dispute anything even if you have a signed invoice and written proof, LANDLORDs DO NOT USE. A renter can pay you the last few months of rent then once they move dispute the charges and get a full credit, your only option is sue them in court but one with money usually wins, Thankfully I learned my lesson on a $100.00 charge. I am so thankful it could of been a huge loss I normally never write reviews but this one needs to be know

I used it only once. I collected money between students in my department for someone's defense party. But I never receive the money even after a week! They told me I must refund it because it's not business! But I already paid for the whole party and cannot ask everyone give money back to me in cash! Very angry. They didn't say anything about the deposit beforehand!


ZERO STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE

For an extra fee they claim you can make an instant deposit. If you do need it immediately, DON'T DO IT!!! Almost every time I used this feature it would start the deposit and then for no reason all of a sudden stops and instant deposit becomes unavailable. Then it takes hours, or until the end of the business day before the funds becomes available but you're still charged the extra fees for the instant deposit. Much worse than that is the customer service!! After being put on hold for 20 minutes your given the option of them calling you back without losing your place in line. Over two hours later the phone rings twice then they hang up! Not giving you a chance to stop what you're doing to answer. My emails were not returned and then when you finally have a chance to speak with them they're rude and cannot explain why you were having problems and offer no solutions. Had a problem on a Monday morning and they didn't explain themselves until Thursday night!! The app itself will be easy to use if they ever come out of "beta testing" (the go-to response when they couldn't come up with explanation or solution). Most off all training for customer service employees. This is the first time I've ever given any type of bad review or complaint.
