I use this daily and I works great for my painting business. I trust it, my customers trust it. Very user friendly, and I love the instant deposit option!! Only thing is I have to remove the case on my phone or else the plug reader plug prong is to short

I wanted the the ability to accept credit cards for my inflatable business and was denied. I had to submit bank statements, my business ID and was asked some questions which I answered. I must seek other alternatives now. PayPal holds my money for 30 days and will not allow me to operate my business properly.

Read the fine print you won't get your money in 1-2 business days. Square can keep your money and cancel your account whenever they feel like it. They also hold the funds for up to 90 days. I am definitely going with another vendor because of this corrupt company.

Bought it for a specific community event. Worked for the first 3-4 transactions, then nothing. Can't swipe, can't read the chips... But can be entered manually, which conveniently - charges me extra. Piece of junk and very disappointed.

Paid for instant delivery in to account. Money never showed up. 0 customer support. Now the money is "pending" a return. Site says it can take up to 3 days to get the money back.
