It worked just fine for me. So I don't know what some of you are fussing over that it doesn't give you the right results. Must not be compadable with you're phone then. I followed all it said to do and I passed them.
Sprint’s diagnostic app doesn’t really give you a diagnostic instead it just tells you that a component failed, without explaining the cause of the failure. The only solution Sprint gives us, is to take it to one of their repair stores “charges may apply.” My iPhone 6 has no issues, but this app tells me my internal storage failed, so what’s exactly is wrong with my phone if it works perfectly fine? In theory, Sprint is trying to pressure us to use their repair service, when really it’s not necessary needed. If your device really needs a repair, the smart move would be to contact Apple.
The tests could all be run by a person with average technical knowledge without using an app. Does not provide any in-depth information. Might be useful for a person without technical knowledge who is following the instructions of a tech support person during a phone call.
Got the app as soon as it did I got a no SIM card error this happened a few times so I deleted the app Then in the upper left corner of my screen it says no SIM card Restart phone and it seems fine now App is no good
According to the internal storage diagnostic, ALL (3) of my iOS devices fail. Apple Support ruled out this app’s result...no issues with my devices.
