I have never had such poor cell phone service, and it starts at home and extends to everywhere I work. I’ve lost countless hours of my life visiting their stores, calling them in the phone, and had no luck whatsoever in getting improved service. My calls drop constantly , even during the calls with them. My data is crap and inaccessible most of the time. I rarely have more than 1 bar, and their magic box that’s supposed to be the end all miracle only makes it worse at home. My last call they promised techs would be in touch the very next day. That was almost two weeks ago now. Excruciating. I only hope they’ll let me out of this nightmare situation so I can switch to a real carrier with adequate towers and people who care enough to see a customer issue like I I had all the way through to a solution. Really, Really disappointed as hell. I was sooo hopeful... oh well...

Sprint does nothing but lie and charge you money for everything and anything. All representatives are unhelpful and clueless. Getting them to do something as simple as unlocking the phone that you own and paid for is a 2 week struggle.
