Horrible app!

After clicking on attending games and showing the green check mark later when confirming another even it clears out your other check marks. Other times it won’t log you in. I’ve had to delete the app more than once in a season and start over. I’m forced to even give it a one-star.
Awful user experience for logging in

I upgraded the phone, downloaded the app, tried my original password - no messaging about why it doesn’t work - just doesn’t allow me to log in and the only thing that changes about the screen is the coloring slightly. So what is wrong? My password? Went down the reset password route which launched the web version of the Team Connect site - I reset my password successfully, can log into the web version but when I can back to the app and use the same credentials, same awful, non informative experience and no luck logging in. Ughhhh, the frustration!!! Come on people, it’s 2018!!!
Now won’t load

The app won’t load ever since the latest version was released. Very frustrating. As a team manager, I rely on this app to communicate with the team.
Get Team Snap instead

Easily one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Well maybe “used” is the wrong word since “used” suggests it works enough to use. Get a Team Snap account instead. It’s 10,000 times better.
Crashes

Open your parent/guardian contact info and hit "Edit" and it'll crash every time. I wish we used Team Snap or Sports Engine, which automatically adds new events to our calendar.

Crashes all the time. Changes and switches my attendance All the time. I really hope our club changes apps.
Great Concept But Lacks Reliability

Love the idea and links, however anytime you click on something to “edit” the roster, team photos, contact information, etc. the app crashes. Makes it unreliable and you are better off just setting up a group text or email teams....

The concept is great! Unfortunately, anytime you try to edit something the app crashes! Group email or text works better!
