It’s in constant state of whirling and crashes before I’m able to login. Completely useless.

This Application is completely underdeveloped. It ends the session by itself, doesn’t retain inputs to player scheduling, and is generally terrible. Our entire soccer league went to this tool from TeamSnap, which is a DREAM compared to TeamConnect. All I can think is that it must have been written by a young family member of the leaders of USA Youth Soccer league as a way to save the league money. No one who cares about their time and organization would use it.

I would pay extra if my sons organization would go back to Team Snap. This app is disaster comparatively speaking.

Club forcing us to use this app and it has some major bugs! After uninstalling and deleting my registration to a team, errors are still occurring. Practices are viewed as ongoing one moment & the next they are cancelled. How can we depend on this to inform team members!?!

Hey Developers!! Maybe you should read these comments about your useless app. This app barely has any functionality. Need to know game scores?? Need to update profile? Need to update availability? Forgot password? Want the app and website to show the same information? Want to get a single text vs multiple and get all the information? Want to have a relaxing user friendly experience? These are all the things you won’t get with this app. But you will walk away frustrated, have no information and want to bash your head against the wall. If your Club recommends switching to this, Run.. Run as far away as you can from this. Save yourself the headache and frustration. TeamSnap is a far better choice.

Can’t even create an account to get in. Been nothing but frustrating ! Our hockey team uses team snap which is a paid app that all team player parents split but it is well worth it . If I could give it a zero star I would.

Our teams had used TeamSnap for the past 4 years and it was awesome. This app is like the 3rd world version of TeamSnap. It crashes constantly, won’t even open sometimes and is generally worthless.

You get what you pay for. I’m amazed it passed Apple’s testing because it crashes every (yes) time. Garbage. Website is not much better.
Missing field locations!

As a team manager for a soccer team, I add practices and games to our calendar all the time. I include the location and then put the field location in. However, a user on the app(including myself) and looking at the event on my mobile calendar after syncing - I can’t see the field number. All users can see is the location. Now, I have to create a location for each field instead of being able to say XYZ soccer complex and reusing that and just indicating the field in the specified area. Why even have it if we can’t see it?
