What happened?!?

I used to find the app helpful in managing my team and especially sending emails and texts to parents. I opened it tonight to compose a welcome message to parents and the app was so bad I just gave up. Our team has used this for 5-6 seasons, but if the app doesn’t get improved we’ll find something else.

Borderline useless. I’d give zero stars if I could. Almost impossible to get any sort of help with the app or their website.

Good app, a couple small improvements would make it great!

Our soccer league uses this app and I love how well it works. You can print your roster, locate your field, make changes, schedule practices/games and message your team easily. My one wish would be that there was a calendar on the opening page that had all of my teams schedule info in one spot. ie: I have 3 teams, if there was a spot that I could see which team was playing where without having to go into each team separately it would definitely be a 5 star app.

Does not work well with apple iphones. Works fine for android users. Currently in the app you cannot see the notes put in by the team administrator because the app shrinks that area. Not helpful at all.

When the app work it’s great. However for the past month the app doesn’t show your roster or notes that the manager has left. There are much better app that have more features. I would rate higher if it would work longer than a couple of months.

Can’t see the information for an game on iOS device

The information on a game in iOS device is cut off so things like arrive at and field information is covered up. Displays fine on an android. If all the info isn’t available it defeats the whole purpose of this app. Please fix!

Needs improvements

The app is nice for viewing the schedule and sending messages but needs some updates. I have 2 kids on 2 separate teams. I can not rsvp for either kid to their games. I can rsvp for myself only. I have an iPhone 7.

This app does not sync with calendars as other sport applications do. I’ve discussed this with the “customer service” rep and she said they don’t support it and at this time are not working on it. Now that a new season has started with out team, I can’t get the team to show up. The application just crashes every time I enter the invite code.

This App should pay you to suffer with it

No stars wasn’t a choice. It’s terrible. Sure it’s free but for all the problems it has, they should pay you to suffer with it. If you have more than one athlete, it’s awful. With what you pay for your kid to play, they can afford to use something better.

Can’t even log on

No matter how many times I change my password to the same thing and I can log in to the website with the same info, I cannot even get logged into the app. Junk.
