Awful user experience for logging in – Sports Team Connect Review

I upgraded the phone, downloaded the app, tried my original password - no messaging about why it doesn’t work - just doesn’t allow me to log in and the only thing that changes about the screen is the coloring slightly. So what is wrong? My password? Went down the reset password route which launched the web version of the Team Connect site - I reset my password successfully, can log into the web version but when I can back to the app and use the same credentials, same awful, non informative experience and no luck logging in. Ughhhh, the frustration!!! Come on people, it’s 2018!!!
