Consistent great service

Since my family members moved to SC , we fly Spirit as much as we can . I have a daughter in college in SC and a sister that moved there . My mom moved there as well but passed this past August. I flew multiple times last minute in emergencies for the past 2 plus years . Staff great , seats comfortable. Flight is quick . On my last flight , a woman next to me said she never flew Spirit . I don’t know why . Thank you for wonderful service .

Every selection is just a link to their website. This "app" actually remember my name but never remembers any of my flights, no matter how often I add them. Spirit is the worst airline ever so it makes sense that their "app" is the worst too.

Flew to Vegas a for a wknd . I could not buy the seats I wanted , on the way there and on the way back . The piece of crap keeps saying SOMETHING WENT WRONG TRY AGAIN LATER . Like I can’t try again later , I’m falling in a few hours this is ridiculous.

Courteous flight attendants & pilot’s inflight updates on schedule and expected turbulence (comforting) diligent mask monitoring and enforcement, clean plane & on time arrival. Cannot ask for more.
