Haven’t even flown yet and already know I am not going to book a flight with them again. I was prompted to pick seats in an email, which you can only do through the stupid app, which I don’t need. Once I decide to download it I find out I have to pay MORE money to pick a seat. Using the website was not a smooth process.

Apart from being the worst airline in the world, the employees are the most disrespectful in the world too, maybe it sounds exaggerated but I think that's the only description you can get. As long as life has more I never fly in spirit. a parte de ser la peor aerolínea del mundo, los empleados son los más irrespetuoso del mundo también, quizás suena exagerado pero creo que es la única descripción que pueden obtener. mientras vida tenga más nunca vuelo en spirit.
6am flight delayed to 4:30pm

Beware. Worst experience thus far. All along agents knew flight wouldn’t be making it when it was first delayed to 9am. Then 1pm then 4pm, now, as I’m writing from gate 6, 4:30pm. Refund won’t cover the flight. Just a sorry. If you’re paying $30-$40 less than any other company, know that in the long run you’d be paying more. This company isn’t reliable. Not to mention the app always crashes…
