My log in and flight info work on the website but the app won’t let me log in or see my flight info. So it does not work.

It is absolutely best on route NY to Florida, but you have to remember: only backpack go with you for same advertising price :)

I just got off a spirit airlines flight from St. Louis to Las Vegas.I had a Friday evening fight so a lot of people were pre-partying! Unfortunately one of the people that ended up sitting next to me was completely drunk. There were some issues that happened on the flight and the staff could not have been more professional in handling the situation! I fly several times a month. The staff were absolutely amazing in the situation. Very impressed! Tami Lange from Save The Girls Touch Screen Purses.
Engine failure

I booked four tickets with spirit for my family…the flight was cancelled due to engine failure and the whole vacation is gone…. I called them and requested a compensation or future credit and guess what the lady said they don’t do that.at same time when I was late last year for my flight they charged me extra for a change in reservation. Just like u charge people for flight cancellation you should compensate people when the problem is at your end.i travel with spirit for my work and my domestic vacation but not any more. Sorry but I have to give one star only

I heard a bunch of spirit horror stories. Was worried the whole time approaching our trip. Should never have let the anxiety take hold of my soul. Everything was fantastic. The flight wasn’t full so the room on the plane was like that of a 5-star hotel atop New York City. One only dreams of a flawless experience such as the one I had on my travels the Quintana Roo. I will update upon my return but I doubt I will be disappointed.
