Seriously bad backend

Bug in the app where I can’t add my free spirit number on any of my reservations. I have to call the spirit customer service every single time to get them to add it to my reservation even though my profile details match my ticket details exactly. What’s even the point of the app if it can’t handle a simple feature like linking the confirmation number to the free spirit number. I asked the guy at customer service to raise a bug but I am pretty sure he couldn’t. Fix the bug and I’ll increase the rating.

I have over 40,000 sky miles on spirit. I’ve never had a problem. Hence, I travel wit a backpack and I careless about other peoples shenanigans.

Although I will continue to sell people in spirit, I don’t like the process of handling customer issues. I fly spirit often and book then for my customers as well because of pricing of convenience of limited stops. But the one time I had an issue spirit did not attempt to make it right. This is why I can’t give all 5 stars. You all must do better at this

The app is easy to navigate. Crashes often. Would be helpful to use on data and not have to be logged into WiFi.
