Restarts every single time I try to watch a show! After five minutes it takes me back to the beginning!! So frustrating
Bugs galore, but its Spectrum so I expect the worst

internet is infamous for blackouts, slow speed, and ancient hardware, but now they have a modern app to mess up too. I’m constantly getting “unable to play this” for episode after episode. And then you return to the show you were watching and your spots not saved so you have to re-watch the first 15 minutes because you can’t fast forward this because we must all constantly be subject to commercials. I just wish I had options when it came to internet/cable providers in the US. I would leave Spectrum immediately.

What is the point of having an app to watch tv on, if you can only use it when you at home, on your WiFi? It’d be nice to use it while we take road trips, which we do frequently. I’ve had Time Warner and I loved it, which is why we got Spectrum, but Spectrum is just crap. I’m paying a lot more than I would for satellite, for way less service & and far less features.

I was using Sling and thought I would switch to this was told I could watch it anywhere what a joke.Only a few channels unless you are on your home network.with sling I could watch all channels where ever I was at so they could do the same thing.so if you want good tv use Sling I’m switching back.

I’m using the Spectrum streaming TV service on my Roku. It crashes about every 4 or 5 minutes. I can reboot, but I miss about 40-50% of the programming. The price is good, and I get the channels I want... Wish I could afford a more reliable service.

If you are counting on watching your favorite show while away from him, don’t ever count on this horrible app. It is unreliable and irritating. If you try to use WiFi to watch channels you ALREADY PAY FOR, you will NOT be allowed access unless, that right, you pay for THEIR INTERNET as well. What a double jeopardy corrupted greedy money sucking company and country that allows this kind of corruption. SHAME ON YOU
No Chromecast Support...

If this app had chromecast support it would be great to use, but at this point it is better to just use the specific channel apps as they all support chromecast!

I’ve called Spectrum THREE times trying to figure out why I’m getting an ‘Oops’ error message when trying to log into the app. One agent didn’t even know you have to use the app to program your DVR! I’m on the very latest iOS version and have deleted and reloaded the app twice PLUS changed my password at the suggestion of yet another poorly trained Spectrum agent. I’m paying BIG bucks for the service but looks like that doesn’t mean anything to Spectrum! What gives!?
This app drives me nuts

I use an iPhone or iPad to drive this app. A few times a month I get an ICM1000 error and it says try later. I can watch in-app but it won’t tune the channel to the TV. And calling Spectrum is a huge waste of time. No wonder the service costs so much.
On demand crashes

Downloaded the latest update, but on demand programming still crashes the app when it gets to a commercial break.
