Only works at home if your house doesn't have a wifi system.Doesn't work anywhere there is a wifi system ie work, coffee shops, McDs......... Only likes being with a TWC Internet system which most users do not like and eventually switch to a wifi thru out system. Only good thing is on demand lets you search for show name instead of having to know which category your show is under as on the TV cable version. The on demand is slow at updating on both though ,such as Walking Dead showed up days after original airing. It doesn't work with cellular also, so no phones, pads.....unless you have THEIR cable subscription and THEIR Internet- worthless. Also Specteum does not let you use HBO go even if you pay them for HBO.

Can’t watch tv on the go

I have to be connected to my Home internet in order to watch tv... I would just rather watch it on the TV. Doesn’t make sense to have an app and advertise that you can watch a shows anywhere when you clearly cannot. I hope they fix this soon.

Every time this app is updated the service is worse. Now many of the premium channels just buffer and this should not happen with an internet download speed of 100mps + Fix your app.

Hey. Fix this app. It can’t even figure out that I’m connected to the internet (CW, NBC, and others work directly). It just gives me an IFE-1004 error and no other choice except a Retry loop. I reinstalled it like they told me and it’s still brain dead.

App has gotten worse. Always seems to have a problem opening. It worked well for a while but now I have to uninstall it and then reinstall it. Could have something to do with the crappy internet service too.

I wish there was an option to not update to the latest version. After the update I couldn’t open the app at all. Frustrating.

I have a total of 4 DVRs and I use the app on iPads. However, I can’t set my DVR to record from any of my devices. And some shows that are on Demand on the app are not available on TV on Demand. A statement comes up, well an error really, stating these services aren’t Available in my service area. When will they be available in the Tuscaloosa County/Northport area??
