Started about a month or two ago. Used this app for 2 years maybe, was great. Then all the sudden my account wouldn’t sync, just said I need to relog in; yet it was still update a few emails here and there. Acted weird. Tried logging in, fails every time, even with stored password. Took me forever, had to delete app, go to my email, change my password, go back and delete reinstall delete reinstall over and over until it finally took. Fixed for about two weeks, doing it again now. I’m done with this app. Don’t know what happened but it’s complete trash now. Just avoid.
Really Good - Calendar needs improvement

I love this app! The smart sorting feature works very well and the whole interface looks clean and neat. Another thing I like is the integrated calendar since most times the events I make are from emails anyways. My old review suggested widgets and now there’s widgets, so bravo!!! There’s only one thing really that needs improved now. Which is: make the integrated calendar better. I don’t like scrolling through 20 weeks to get to the day I need to make an event for. I really want to use this solely for my calendar and email, but I honestly can’t because of the calendar. I’m considering going back to Outlook because their integrated calendar is much more user friendly.

This app used to just work with iPhone X. Now it crashes 50% of the time, does not highlight phone numbers, cannot use templates while forwarding emails. Starting to look elsewhere now.
Glitchy even though the app updates frequently

The app was great before this new glitch appeared. I still use it, but it gets annoying. For some reason, if I mark an email as spam, once I scroll up or down, other emails that I haven’t even read will disappear and turn black. And it happens at random as well. Other than that, it’s an okay app.

At this point I cannot recall why, after all my years of Gmail, that I decided to give Spark a try. I’m glad I did whether or not I can remember specifically “why.” I cannot recall when I last deleted (trashed) more than a couple of emails, storage concerns not being a major issue. I much prefer the maintain/search capabilities of Spark Vs Gmail. I've tailored Spark to my liking and at 72 I'm comfortable with it. In other words DON'T FIX WHAT AIN'T BROKE!

I used to love Spark on my iPad. It was my go to day in and day out. In fact, I rarely checked my mail on my laptop or phone because it was so much better in Spark. Then they did an update that made it frustratingly buggy. I have two accounts and use smart box exclusively for spam control and easy navigating through important emails. Since that random update, I have empty blocks in the list of emails on the left where there should be an email. Sometimes I will have two or three empty blocks on the same screen. Sometimes I will end up with two or three big red “deleted” blocks at the same time (and it’s really scary when one suddenly appears on the blank block and I’m wondering if Spark randomly deleted an email that I never saw). I sent a detailed bug report to the support email along with screenshots (I’m a mobile product manager…I know how to write these things so devs can quickly find and fix the issue). Support replied with a “thanks. Can you send screenshots” email. I’m not even sure if they read the one I sent. Every now and then I get back on my iPad to see if they fixed the issue but as of January 2022 the issue persists. I am currently searching for other email clients where I won’t have to fear emails are being deleted before I even see them.
Best mail app with small annoying glitch

iPhone XR 128gb I love this mail app and I have been using it for a while now. Since the iOS 15 update, it’s been doing the most annoying thing. When I click on a email notification it takes me to the app and immediately crashes. I can just reopen the app and check it out so it’s not a big deal, just more annoying! Thanks!

It used to be great. Now I have to use other email clients because every day there are issues with emails not coming in. I contacted support. Deleted and reinstalled. Did no good. Looking for other options as it’s been two months of non function and that is a big deal for work.
Tagging Feature is great but still needs work

The tagging feature in Spark is really great but the system still loads email very slow. When using your phone, it doesn’t recognize that you want to select a file, it goes straight to photos.
