I’m loosing faith

This app keeps saying I have 3-4 new emails. I go look and nothing in inbox. Exit the app and app badge disappears only to come back a few seconds later with 3 in badge. Go look in inbox again and still nothing there. ??? Never use to do this. Now all the time. 5-10 minutes later, it shows I have new emails when I don’t.

There isn’t a section for spam mails. Some mails get lost in the spam and spark doesn’t even have a spam section. So all spam mails are automatically in accessible. Taking our choice away from us.

What is going on?

Loved spark and used it for years but have to walk away now. It keeps randomly (maybe after updates?) kicking me out of ALL 5 of my emails and I have to start loading them all from scratch again. Second time in a month today. Considering I use this on 4 different devices, this is a major pain and takes forever, meanwhile I miss out on emails. I’ll notice it hasn’t sent an email notification in a day or two (thinking it’s just a slow time) and find I’ve actually been logged out for who knows how long and people are waiting on me. I can’t do it anymore. I’ve also had random issues with ‘unable to send’ messages for no reason, having to resend multiple times, not actually sending anything from one of my emails and not telling me (?!?), and filtering problems, particularly with spam. Very sad about having to leave since I’ve loved the interface so much more than anything else I’ve found.

Glitch with v2.11.7

Arduous

Version 2.11.7 of Spark for iPhone caused all my Spark app data to seemingly disappear. The app gave me their “Welcome” screen, and wanted me to add back all my email accounts. Once I added one email account (a Gmail account) most of my other Spark settings seem to have reappeared (except Smart Folders). I’m glad I didn’t have to setup everything from scratch. This glitch was a bit unsettling. I won’t be trusting Spark as the only email client on my mobile devices.

Search doesn't work

I've tried copying and pasting a phrase in an email and when I search for it, nothing comes up. I've even tried searching for an email address that has sent me several emails and still nothing comes up.

Decent but problematic

I liked it a lot at first. Now I’m finding I have to log in every single time I use it, it didn’t used to be the case. It kept me logged in.

I like select all delete when I see over 100 emails I have no clue who these people are they continue to fill up my email address what a joke

Great with outbox flaws

Great app. been using for years. Lately my emails sit in my outbox though, and it feels like a glitch with Spark saying email can’t be sent. Happens 3 or 4 times a day when i’m sending emails on my phone - frustrating if i don’t catch it because delivery is unreliable.
