Good features but won’t sync

MarketPOWER+

I took the time two days ago to delete a lot of old messages and folders in Outlook on computer but Spark won’t reflect the changes. This has been a problem off and on over time and I’m looking for a real email solution.

Elegant Design * UPDATE: regarding the newest version.

1/1/2021 New Years bUGgY. *>#{! ??? 2.9.15 Version UPDATE CRASHES REPEATEDLY and REGULARLY Without hesitation I will say this is my favorite mail app - ever. By comparison, it has a clean intuitive interface others lack. Further, after a few months of flawless use I can report having never experienced any sort of issues accessing my accounts. I tip my hat to the developers. UPDATE: regarding the newest version. I am DISAPPOINTED 1) I note access to the FULL headers is no longer a simple double tap of the title. In fact I have contacted the developers who have no interest in addressing this issue. This is imperative to verify https:// security level. 2) Whereas when I began using the app some many years and versions ago, mail from multiple sources loaded nearly instantly, now I need to plan a coffee break before it loads. Then as I open the individual mail, many show only the title and the blue circling loading worm which only load after considerable delay. 3) Crashes FREQUENTLY ============================

Worst calendar possibly ever

Quadband

Thanks for sending an invite out by having the most unintuitive controls ever. Back to Outlook I go.

Great with flaw

jsperson

I generally really like Spark. It’s a great piece of software and everything they advertise is true. The one flaw is that it presents the text of emails in a smaller font than the iOS mail app. This makes emails from significant sources like the Brew unreadable. I end up needing to switch back to the default app. Fix this and for me the Spark app would be perfect.

Outbox Purgatory

The 1 Batman

After years of using this app I just deleted it from all my devices. I got tired of my emails sitting in Outbox for days or never leaving. Online developers report an update fixed this 9/2019 - not true. Issue exists on WiFi, Cellular, for basic email with less than 200 characters & no attachments. Most recent updates & versions installed for OS & Spark: issue went from slow to this. Finally I gave up. Deleted. Installed Edison. Spark just doesn’t work any more on: 2021 iPhone12 Max, 2018 MBP, 2020 iPad Air, 2020 iPad regular. 2 stars for what it used to be. - 3 for what it is now.

HUGE lag when receiving and sending emails

Bellatg101

I want to love this app and service, I really do. But the lag makes it absolutely unusable. I love the sleep features and ability to mark all is read, but my email page takes forever to load, and will not update with new emails— even when I have already gotten the notification or can see it on Gmail. If this issue was fixed, I will become a very avid user, but until then this app is unusable.

Love it!

BARBRA I.

I use this app every day. I LOVE the scheduling feature. Helps me set it and forget it. Thank you!!!

One of my favorite apps, but...

Inomfood

My school uses Outlook and we sign in through Office 365. On this account, I can't seem to get push notifications working. They are enabled for all of my email accounts in Spark, but it seems spark doesn't have the ability currently to give push notifications for Office 365 mail accounts. Oddly though, it updates the notification badge numer. Just no push notification.

I’ve taken a star off.....

First, the good: The intelligent sorting of emails into Personal, Notification and Newsletter categories is excellent. I can clean my inbox more quickly and focus on important emails better with Spark than any other app. This is the best app out there despite Two challenges: Search is poor particularly searches for subjects/words as opposed to people. Search also seems to be focused into the current folder rather than across mail boxes. Second, deleting threads is not handled well. Specifically, if you save one email from a thread with important information in a folder and also send one or more replies in the thread, then delete the thread from your inbox, Spark deletes what’s in your inbox AND your sent emails AND the email you saved. It’s hard to work around this other than deleting threads in Outlook or Apple Mail which don’t delete emails in a thread from other folders.

It’s ok,

Spam filter flat out doesn’t work, after marking items as spam repeatedly, they still show up in inbox.
