All my imp emails are going to Trash, every time I have to watch trash for new emails! Please fix this problem

I love using Spark. One of the reasons why I like it so much is because of the smart inbox that separates junk email from your important emails. It’s also easy to navigate and find emails. The only thing that would make it the perfect email client is if it had a Windows app. Other than that I would 100% recommend Spark!

My emails accounts disappeared

Spark was working well but one day all my accounts disappeared. Had to set it up again. With lack of other options to unify my email inboxes, I am still using this one but searching for a better one.

Every time I try to go check my email the Spark app is giving error messages.

Historically, this app has been incredible. Lately, has issues. Notably, some messages flat out get stuck and can’t be moved. Archiving them, filing them in a folder, etc... just leaves them stuck in the inbox. Sometimes; no error other times “message can’t be moved” error. Only impacts mobile app. Desktop app moves messages around just fine but even then the mobile app doesn’t reflect the changes made on desktop. I.e.. currently 2 messages in my inbox on mobile that have been seen and moved properly on desktop.

Hangs, doesn’t load messages, circle just spins, badge count way off. Moving to a different app until this is updated. Stay away Biggest flaw...no landscape mode. Need to be able customize

For somebody with multiple inboxes, my desktop experience was awful. After getting Spark I have my inbox back under control. Finally!

Problems on IPAD

I use Edison on my MacBook but it will not connect to the iCloud on my iPad. Brings up the box signs in and just shows a circle spinning. I let it spin for 15 minutes. Tried again; then gave up

Calendars widget and full month view in app?

This app is amazing in regards to email management. The only improvement I can think of is a monthly, weekly widget and a full month view in the app itself instead of the weekly. Once again, stellar app
