I fly monthly from Tampa to Denver to see my 10 month old grandson. Southwest is always available, on time, and has the very best crew of any airline l fly. Thank you for making my time with my first grandson so wonderful and doable!!

Unhappy with app today. I tried to use for checkin 24 hours out from flight time. It froze and caused us to get a much worse boarding position. Disappointed with the performance.

Not only does the Southwest airlines destroy the others in both service and flight experience... It's app is also superior to all of it's competition. Confirm or check flight status, check in to your flight, change reservations, or even follow flights for others... This app is legit!
