Not so easy to use e boarding pass

While I love the convenience of the app, I have found that I can’t access my e-boarding pass from BWI to BDL despite being told to check in for my flight for TPA to BDL. I will have a layover in BWI and will be at TPA rather early feel confused that I can’t save my boarding pass from BWI to BDL like I did for my boarding pass from TPA to BWI. Personally as I am trying to reduce my carbon footprint and be more resource friendly I am concerned that I didn’t get my second boarding pass.

Very very erratic. When I need it to check in it almost always fails me. Add something to export to Apple wallet

SW is enjoyable and very reasonable, however I continue to be displeased with Birmingham schedule to Baltimore. SW has one nonstop flight at 7 am when American has 3 nonstop flights at decent flight times. At 76 living 1&1/2 hours from Birmingham airport, a 7 am flight isn’t very appealing since I would have to leave at approximately 4am. Otherwise I feel SW seats are becoming smaller and less comfortable! I continue with SW for all other good reasons, but American is becoming more appealing each flight!! Jean Greenwood

Why can’t I find my reservation and check in from that screen? Why isn’t my reservation code in a pulldown menu? Why can’t I copy my reservation code from anywhere in the mobile app? I love Southwest but the whole reservation code and check in process lack of integration makes me a little crazy!
