It’s great that I was able to use my points to travel for the first time in a while but I was disappointed that my boarding position was a C. So I travel enough to get points but when I use them, I’m the last one to board?!?

Can’t tell you how many times I have bought tickets on the app and had it take more time to get the ok from my wife than it did to purchase the ticket.

I had a flight that departs Dca to Dal at 7:25...I went to prepare to start the info to check in at @710 and it accepted it and I got c1. When did that change to Boarding time

I have entered our passport information on three different occasions and your app will not store properly

Great app. Put too much on a lot of features, when the checkin process is designed poorly. Esp if you are checking in for multiple people, boarding pass feature is weak too.

Overall I love this app. It’s easy to navigate, search/book flights and check in online. I wish the app let you search international flights instead of directing you to the website. I also wish you could view the airfare as dollar value and point value at the same time. It would be convenient if the low fare calendar was added to the app.

I like using the southwest app very much. The only improvement i could make is to merge it with apple wallet.
