Today called to reset my account information. The customer service representative was very help. Spoke with confidence and presented a great attitude.

I have to say, my main criteria for apps are: 1.) They are easy to use for that company's intended service. 2.) Maneuvering throughout the app is seamless. 3.) Organized aesthetically to a certain extent. 4.) No repeated crashing or glitches. This app gets a 5 out of 5 from me! Thanks SW(:
It never works!

I can NEVER get the app to give me a boarding pass. I have to always print off the pass at the airport. There’s never a boarding pass on my phone nor Apple Watch. I’ve called SW. they can’t help, I’ve reinstalled the app several times... that doesn’t help. I have the most up to date iOS, and looked all over the net and I can’t get the app to give me a boarding pass!
Why don’t you make it easier?
