I have been flying southwest since 1994 and Southwest is the only airline I will fly. I am a National recording artists and I have been asked to play several times for the passengers and always enjoy entertaining. The attendants are the greatest to fly with and your pilots are always professional and courteous . Thank you Southwest for making the customers 1st!

I’ve been using the Southwest app for years, and it has always performed well when I’ve needed it - no bugs or issues have popped up. It’s a handy tool to have if you travel with southwest frequently, like I do.

This SW app does everything I need it to on a mobile device. Anything complicated (not switching flights, that’s easy here) still requires logging into the web site or calling, but I am perfectly fine with that. I have traveled extensively for work and pleasure over the past ten years and will continue to stick with SW for their customer service and clear policies. This app reflects their company well.

The mobile app is easy to use and not the least bit complicated. I also had to reschedule a flight by one day to a personal issue. The agent went out of her way to accommodate my needs. Southwest makes certain that their customers needs are a priority.

I love Southwest! This is my preferred airline when I travel. Great customer service and quick and easy to navigate the app!


Transfer flights affect decent those that check in!

Checked exactly 24 hours in advance and get a poor seating number. Only to find out those transferring on earlier flights get priority. This needs to change, now we get middle seats. Also book 2 people on the same reservation and we can’t seem to consistently get boarding passes to use electronically!! Was fixed for a while but last three flights it was back to paper passes. We refuse to book separately because of other policy reasons. Now have to find printers or rush to a kiosk at the airport. Would like this fixed to be more environmentally friendly.
