I was having similar issues to the other reviewers below. Then I updated my iOS. All is right in the (Sonos) world again.

Has trouble connecting, wrote Sonos 4 times asking for help. No response, I now rarely use this system I have $1,000 invested in. Update this thing rocks must've been my Wi-Fi.

Very happy they added Microsofts cloud services "Groove" to the choices of music sources. Add folder in your One drive folder... Name it Music.... Add your MP3's. Create your playlists Works with any device as well. Unbeatable

My parents have a helos (sp?) speaker system and it is terrible compared to sonos. The only thing that would be better is if you could play any streaming Internet site over the speakers. There may be a way to do this but I haven't found it. Very easy set up and works within 15 minutes of taking it out of the box. The iPhone app is even easier to use than the computer controller but both are great.

The app is OK -- no better than that. But many controls such as setting an alarm, or adjusting the rooms, or finding the sleep timer, need to be simplified and made more intuitive. And the app aesthetics are poor. (This rates only the app, not the Sonos ecosystem as such, which is generally quite good, but is very, very fussy and temperamental working through ATT Uverse, the only provider available.)

Please bring back the ability to pause a song from the queue list. Now when you hit the song playing, it just starts over. Who is really trying to do that? Took away the option to quickly quiet a song.

Going to sell my speakers and get a new one with Chromecast Audio because browsing Spotify within Sonos is awful.

Glad that they finally added a "Play from Here" function, enabling playback to start from the middle of a playlist -- I've complained about the absence of this basic function for years. But now with certain tracks on SoundCloud (and perhaps other music services), Sonos forces you to replace the entire Sonos queue, rather than being able to simply add those tracks to it. This makes it very difficult to keep track of what you've played before. But overall, the app is moving in the right direction. And the Sonos system itself is, of course, amazing.

I can appreciate the updates to the look. The first app looked like crap, but songs is constantly coming out with more improvements. They should add a way to stream audio from iPhone to the app.
