Latest update causes queue to disappear, songs randomly stop playing, two songs play at the same time - one out of left speaker and different song out of right when in stereo mode, rooms won't link or randomly unlink. And I get a constant pop up telling me to install latest upgrade. And if I switch from one controller (phone to iPad), all songs clear from the queue and all rooms separate
Software update makes app hard to use
The Continental
Update 6.4 from early September makes the app virtually unusable. You would expect tapping a song would play that song. Logical, right? Well, instead, it replaces your entire carefully selected queue with the entire album of the song you just selected. Or, if you're lucky, it gives you a warning that makes things even more confusing. It's almost impossible to tell when it's going to do which. Either one is unacceptable. Absolutely a buzz kill at parties.

The PlayNow feature is highly annoying!!! If you accidentally hit a song while building your playlist queue it ruins the entire playlist. Horrible! This is what I HATE about Spotify and looks like Sonos is just following suit. horrible.
Can use a little more organization

Like the app - newer version is getting a little more user friendly but wife still asks questions on how to use it. Have someone other than IT test it.

I'd rathter smoke a fat pound of grass and fall on my *ss faster than the fat witch who sat down too fast than ever use this program again.

Finally!! It's much easier to play music. It was such a drag having to add to queue every single time.

Why not have an app design contest and see if others out there can come up with a more user friendly interface. It's amazing what some of the web / app designers out there can come up with to improve human factors interaction, so why not crowdsource a new design options through a contest? My SONOS speakers are a 4+ but the app is a 2.

I guess I have a lot of the same complaints as the others. I wish I could play anything and everything through my speakers. Can there be a way to do this? It doesn't play half the music I've purchased through iTunes :( I spent a lot of money on this tiny speaker but the app isn't delivering like it should. The app definitely needs to be more user friendly!
