Always outdated information, slow to update

Neve shows current data, slow to update, no way to force current status of system.

Very inconsistent. Battery does not charge when it should and discharges when it should not.

The carbon dioxide reduced numbers are imaginary. The numbers seem to vary month to month and the data equation are opaque.
Per panel monitoring is intermittent

I writing regards to our HOAs 88 panel dual inverter system. Production is good but we have had numerous communication dropouts. Seems to be related to cellular comma in the inverters . There is a ticket issued by Solartech with you to resolve.
Automatic readouts !

No meter reading and recording, just look at the charts of your system. The info of each inverter and all the panels are right there. Friends of ours are blown away with this type of solar system.
Updates inconsistent

This app fails to update consistently. Sometimes updates are days apart and you miss data from prior days. Only real way to tell if your solar is working is by looking at your electric bill. This companies customer service is sub par for such a great product. Poor communication and an app that doesn’t update.
Solar monitoring system

This system is awesome, It keeps me updated four times a day. I would like more but it also lets my solar person know how my system is doing. Love it

System has been broken for a week called in to report it answered back working on it not fixed yet system is up and down no fix yet been over 10 days

I used to get a four or five hundred dollar bill from my electric provider now we get a credit. Besides I can say we are saving the planet
