Would really like to see the comparison between production and consumed energy

Just downloaded the app and opened it. I get nothing. I put my information and it just says opening but nothing happens

We pay $208 for solar and pay $200 for our electric bill for the last two months. We thought with SolarEdge we would save money... I live off my disability & VA check.... it took four months to get SolarEdge to fix the system. Now my electric company “SWEPCO” tells my wife and I that they we only produce 54kw per month. And our system reads 8.06kwp. Have no clue what is going on but would appreciate some sort of resolution in this matter.

It’s interesting to be able to see this much detail, and it’s a good thing too, because it takes time to get through the bad optimizers, and go back to replace them. The physical array view is painfully slow, and on several sites, doesn’t work at all
SolarEdge servers are antiquated

SolarEdge really needs to update their servers to be more in line with the volume of customers accessing their system accounts.

SolarEdge app was installed along with my solar system. I always enjoy checking the status of the system and watching it do great things!

The App was great except it stopped working intermittently. Now it has stopped working completely. Solar Edge won’t help me. They say to call the installer. The installer - Solar Spectrum, Sungivity, Horizon are unreachable and will not respond. I’m stuck.
