Need real-time options

If you’re on the same WiFi as the inverter it should offer a real-time monitoring option.

I was perfectly happy with the old app which I updated to this version on 7/20/2020. I have been unable to get any information on my system since that time. I’ve emailed and called and gotten nowhere. Hopefully this review gets read and someone will contact me.

This new version needs a Refresh update with current time! Its 5:00 PM now and the last update was at 1:05 pm.... please fix this..
Not working

Either your app and monitoring isn’t working or my panels installed by Semper solaris are not working because I’m showing no production even though in a heat wave and sun beaming on my panels all day everyday. Solar Semper is blaming your app so 0 stars if that’s the case.
No push notifications

Inverter broke 18 months after installation. Didn’t realize until I got my second electric bill. Would have bee. Nice if I got a push notification that the system was offline.
Formerly good; stinks now

This was a pretty good app. Then, one day it went south. Zero. If you can’t make an app that works, why should I bother?
Loving the App and my Solar

The app gives me most of what I need. I do have two suggestions: 1 - I would love to see how much power we are putting back into the grid or a breakdown of what the ratio of produced power and power purchased. 2 - I like to see is the amount of daylight in a day. Other than those two wishes, I couldn’t be happier.

The app is certainly helpful but it would be nice if the graph could also display kWh and not just kw. It would also be great if I could add my billing meter reads and then have the app add and subtract to that read based on my generation or consumption. Thanks.

This app doesn’t help. It doesn’t show anything beyond the mount of power it collects. The graph is supposed to show consumption but NEVER does. Useless.

this is the worst company i’ve ever felt with !! the company is clueless!! stay away ., i called and ask for a supervisor and he didn’t have the balls to get on the phone !! STAY Away
