Great app but cannot select amounts of money

The app and service is great however I have an issue when trying to input amounts of money when making a vault etc. The most I can input is a single digit and then it tells me the maximum is 10,000. I don’t really understand what’s going on

The SoFi app is misleading because it acts as a portal to whoever they service the loan through (in my case Mohela). You login into the app to see your loan or other financial products you have through SoFi (I’ll get to that too). You click on your loan the. See that you have to login in again to the loan provider which is a separate/different login and it doesn’t support Face ID. Learning to navigate this secondary portal is not clean, not intuitive, and not user friendly. To SoFi “main” app page, it acts a marketing front to other financial products they offer with a few tips thrown in to not be all bad. I need to try their webpage via mobile browser. Hopefully that’s not as cumbersome and backwards. SoFi as a loan financier was good. They were helpful and responsive with good rates. Horrible app.

Too much stuff and hard to maneuver

The app is too BUSY! It’s hard to navigate. I accidentally opened ANOTHER account when trying to make my account an auto investment account. I’m about to close this accounts I just opened yesterday.
