Horrible customer service (unable to access money for months)

I cannot even express in words how bad this app is. It honestly does not make since how a company that deals with our money keeps it from you. They have made it impossible for me to transfer from invest to any possible account in which I can access it. I have called customer service 15 times. I have been lied to 15 times. I’n no way have I received any email/phone call back from SoFi customer service in regards to my account. Saying all this and anyone who reads my review. DO NOT use SoFi. They basically steal your money from you and you do not get any communication as to why your unable to transfer. I repeat, please please please DO NOT use this app.

The giveaway they advertise is a raffle. It’s nearly impossible to delete your account once you figure it out. They want to keep your data.

Restricted my account for no reason

Sofi restricted my account for three weeks now and no one answers the fraud department phone number. I have $3044 in my account and somehow they just restricted my account. I didn’t deposit a check or withdraw a check neither is there any chargeback on my account. Sofi just pulled a restriction and apparently you need to get in touch with a non existent fraud team to get your account opened. They would never call you as they say and when you call them they ask you to leave a message. It’s all lies. This company is a scam and have just concocted ways to steal my money.
