This app is getting better and better. If you email suggestions for improvement, they will personally reach out to hear feedback. Love everything! I use Sofi Money, have a personal loan, and 2 different investment accounts, the credit monitoring and Relay service for all my accounts. Next stop, talk to one of their free fiduciary advisors to make sure I’m in good shape!

App is really slow at times, it’s not my connection or phone as all my other apps are up to speed.

Maybe I’m missing something but is there a way to delete a payment method? Really tired of the app setting the wrong one as default causing me to pay overdraft fees on multiple occasion? I’ve looked all over the app and can’t find a way to permanently delete an old checking account.

Do not believe any of their “specials” or “deals.” You have to jump through a million hoops and there are multiple strings attached. Customer support is not helpful at all. Would highly recommend Robinhood over this company.

Easy to use, love the simple pin login, quick to make payments!

SoFi offers competitive rates (earn interest on your checking account) no fee investment options and many tools to get your money situation figured out. It’s like the best parts of Mint and Simple put together. Hoping the app continues to move towards being fully native vs some of the web views but it’s really fantastic. I’ve been searching for years for a bank and I’m finally satisfied with SoFi.

Update: although I love SoFi, I have to lower my rating because they have completely stopped crediting me for referrals.. they actually owe me over $1000 in successful referrals. I might have to take further action on this. - SoFi is my new favorite financial management app. I’ve been using Wealthfront for years but SoFi offers some really useful features that Wealthfront lacks. It’s not perfect.. doesn’t support all my accounts and I wish it would open right into my Relay view by default, but for the most part I’m really impressed by what I’ve seen. As for suggestions, I wish I could tag multiple transactions at once and have it automatically tag similar items! Doing it manually one by one is time consuming. Also it categorized incorrectly a lot of transfers as income/expenses. Wealthfront had that issue too but at least SoFi makes it easier to correct it. Also would be nice if it could track current home value based on Redfin estimate like Wealth does, not a big deal though.
