I have recently gotten complaints from many snappers asking why I’m taking screenshots of their story and such. NEWS FLASH, I’m not. I haven’t even seen their story and it says I have taken screenshots of their story and it’s making me look like a, excuse my language, pervert. I don’t use the app so much and I only follow my children and other acquaintances. Please fix this issue!! Other than that, great app!

Today I sent all my streaks and it said it sent them and all of this sudden I lost 3 and about to lose another 3 i lost one that I had 300 days with I'm mad pls fix and I want my streaks back pls and thx but overall a good app pls fix

Snapchat is a great update, I just think a new update to fix bugs would be great. Recently, my streaks have randomly disappeared with random timers and added friends that have added me back but I can't see their scores.
My Snapchat doesn’t have the Christmas filters or stickers anymore!!

Im upset right now that my Snapchat doesn’t have the Christmas stickers and filters, i had it on the first day of December but i don’t have it anymore. My friends don’t either, so if there’s anything you can do to fix it to have them come back please do because Christmas makes me happy and Snapchat makes me happy so i have to rate this a 2 right now :(

I love SnapChat so much, but sometimes it strains my eyes at night to stare at such a bright white screen. I think It would be lovely if you would add in personalization features. We already have friend emoji personalizations, can we do color themes. I believe it would be great if you could find a way to either let us choose colors for different themes or have some sort of night mode to let us put our snapchats into so that it would be darker instead of the bright white background.

I’ve had Snapchat for about a year now and it has been going perfectly fine until I got the update 2 weeks ago. Now it’s slower , and most of the time it takes me back to my home screen when it freezes up. I found out that my friends snapchats have been doing the same so I know it isn’t my phone. I can’t even send my streaks when I want too because it keeps glitching... this needs to be fixed before I bang my head on a Dogs buttcheek???
