great app, but the sound

I think the app would look even more awesome if you turn the chat messages into bubbles instead of the brackets and CHANGE THE NOTIFICATION SOUND. when i updated my phone and snapchat, it had a different sound and i loved it. now it's back to the beep and i hate it.

Crashes for no reason

Whenever I open it up and try to watch Comedy Central or look at anything that needs loading on the app it crashes and it's not my internet since every other app I have works perfectly.

Well, I rated the app a 2 star because this app glitches out way to much, and allot of the times I don't even get notifications when someone tries to talk to me... Not pleasant but gonna live with it.

Ok like I said the app is great! The whole filters thing is pretty fun! But what I've noticed is that when I click on someone's story it's starts to load, it's seems like it's done loading but then you press and and it starts to load again and it keeps happening. Also when I try to see on of my friends pictures she sent me it loads and again it seems like it's done but then it loads again. Please fix this.

Snapchat locked me from my acct and won't let me log in and if I lose my snap streaks of over three hundred days as well as a multitude of others in between ill dead sue I also tweeted the customer service three times and they failed to reply but somehow managed to reply to everyone else ????

Can barely use the app anymore because with all the new updates nothing will load everything freezes sometimes the app crashes completely sick of this. snapchat get your crap together
Worst onboarding I've ever seen

The onboarding flow was over the top and asks for everything shy of your social security number. I spent 5 minutes getting through the background-check-style onboarding questions and then left wondering what the app even does. To Snapchat Business owners, project managers and designers - total fail.
