my snapstreaks always have a timer when we BOTH send a snap to each other every day and when i ask the other person if theirs has a timer they do no. the other problem is that most of the time the streak disappears altogether. i ask the person and theirs is still there. it makes me VERY frustrated. i have no way for knowing if we actually lost our streak or not. i have contacted the management and they don’t care at all. i think you need to work on actually caring about your customers

I have been using snapchat for years. But when I send streaks daily I still loose streaks. I've been thinking about deleting the app but it's to good. You guys should make an update to fix that!!

Now, when you swipe down on the snap camera, instead of your profile and settings to show, the search contents shows. I don't see the point of swiping down for search if the search bar is right at the top of the screen!! Please fix this and let us swipe down for our profile and settings like we did before. ******updated So, for a while now, I am unable to post videos that are a minute long, but other ppl can. If so, please fix ******updated For a while now, my snapchat streaks mysteriously disappears each day with a different person and I have to log out and log back in for it to appear. This also goes the same for when a friend snaps me a message. It shows they are typing and sent the message but when i go on snapchat, it has what I said last on delivered, as if the person didn't respond to me. So i have to log out and log back in for the person’s message to show. Please fix this bug. I don’t know what has gotten into you guys lately, but you have not been fixing any of the bugs I’ve been reporting, so please just fix the bugs.
