Banning System is FLAWD , a total mess up in this Company

Well I get that violators have to be punished for Violating the rules and the community Guidelines. But Why you Banned a full device on its IMEI for only violation On one account? Does it make sense that I lose access to snapchat for goods ? Why ? Banned the violator Account not The Device !??? Although I did not violate the Rules I dont even why I got banned. I mean at least I have to know why I lost access to snapchat ??? Now Im using instagram. I hate this company And even snapchat support isnt good and they dont care. They only care about money.

so i had snapchat since around 2018 and honestly it is very great app. i had lots of memories with my friends and stuff i made multiple accounts though and forget my password ?. i had my recent account for a year and i had SO MANY memories in my account especially with friends i rarley talk to. on February 13th i posted weed and ive been posting weed for a pretty long time and nothing bad has happened to my account in the morning until around afternoon i was logged of my account. sometimes i get logged out randomly and i get back in right away in my account. i tried to log in again until it kept telling me i cant and then it told me i got locked out! later snapchat emailed me saying im not allowed to log in for 28 days i think and then i tried to unlock my account but then it told me my account will get deleted. its honestly devastating to js watch all the memories go away from that specific account and i had pictures of my boyfriend saved in the chat that i couldn’t save because i got locked out! it’s ridiculous that snapchat didn't even warn me and i didn't even know that i cant post weed. i see a lot of people posting weed and till this day they still have snapchat! snapchat should ban the women who post nudity stuff which is so inappropriate unfair. i just want my account back and snapchat should've honestly warned me and not just delete my account do better snapchat ! really want my account back i dont want to buy a new phone just to have a snapchat account ? also these reviews i saw about them posting weed to just makes me feel bad knowing they won’t get their account back because they posted weed too.
Snapchat please. The world going to trash I just want my snap back

With all the false lockouts and everything Snapchat will you please just give everyone there’s back and If they violate standards again then block them. Without Snapchat I pretty much don’t talk to anyone

my snapchat was hacked by my friends and got banned on my device and after two weeks of struggling not being able to communicate with friends and losing all my memories i nonstop tried to reach snapchat in every way but they were no help to me and at all. this has happened to so many people and i think it’s just absurd and the fact that they don’t even leave a warning or a smaller punishment they just straight ban your account is ridiculous.

My account got deleted for no reason it just says i violated tos but not exactly what and i didnt get a warning but i see other people doing stuff that does deserve to get banned but no some random person (me) gets banned for no reason

My account’s been locked without me violating any guidelines . I just tried to log into my new phone with the app and now I’m permanently banned . I’ve emailed Snapchat about it, they’ve said they couldn’t help me further on the problem. That’s news no one wants to hear. Soon that can and will become a problem for many people if they have this app.
