This app will not connect with my camera! I’ve tried everything suggested and it will not link to my camera.

I could love this app, but it often doesn’t connect with iOS. I’m using iOS 11.4 (the app implies that you should us higher than 11.2.6), and when I first download it, the app works perfectly normally. That’s when I love it. But now I’m on my third time re-installing the app. It’s getting tiresome.

App does not work period. It did at first now it won’t connect, or pair up. Restarting g the app, deleting it and downloading it again nothing. Trash.

I’ve had this for months now and only got the app to connect to the camera one time.

Was able to connect to my camera once and now it won’t. I’ve tried resetting the whole app and connection with no luck. Absolutely infuriating... Nikon should be better than this

This app is just flat out bad. What a shame, Nikon makes some of the finest quality DSLR cameras on the planet and they hired a bunch of nincompoops and incompetents to build an app for it. IF you can get the Bluetooth to even connect (which is essentially a crap shoot) downloading any images is nearly impossible, your time is much better spent using a cable and connecting to a computer or just popping out the memory card to get your images.

Worked well for a few weeks and was super handy. Out of no where it lost connection and now it doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything that comes to mind and nothing has worked. Super useless and upsetting. Please fix this.

Upgraded to iOS 11.2.6 resolved the synch via Bluetooth is working again with Nikon D5600. So it seems problem is not in Snapbridge app, there was an issue with iOS. Regardless, it would have been nice if Nikon provided some customer updates.

I very much like this app. Was skeptical from the reviews but I didn't see any apps that look as good with Canon so this partially influenced my decision to by a Nikon. Anyway, pics upload immediately to my phone, haven't had any issues in the past 3 months since I got the app and camera.
