Horrible app in many ways

How does this app have good reviews ? I’m bewildered . I’m forced to use it a lot - horrible UX that often freezes - many of the fractures like the one to reuse prior orders are very buggy - more than once the app has confirmed that an order went through , when in fact the order did not go through ( unless the local smoothie king is lying lol) - the entire app often freezes That’s just the app itself . Then there’s the unusable rewards points .

I recently discovered SK in Oxford. The staff is efficient and very hospitable. They greet me by name and my order is always ready when I arrive. They are awesome!
modernize the app. Update maybe?

Needs major bug and UI updating and. FEELS VERY SLOW OLD AND OUTDATED APP IS GLITCHY LAGGY AND NOT FUNCTIONAL TO USE

Size selection doesn’t work…takes multiple taps. Also have to search all drinks. Tap on a pic would work best. Bundles, etc pictures are a waste

I placed an order tonight at the MLK, Houma location for a worker to call me saying the store had been “closed for awhile” today, my order would not be processed, could not refund my card or transfer order to an open location! I want my card credited since I did not get my order fulfilled.
