Horrible app in many ways – Smoothie King Review

How does this app have good reviews ? I’m bewildered . I’m forced to use it a lot - horrible UX that often freezes - many of the fractures like the one to reuse prior orders are very buggy - more than once the app has confirmed that an order went through , when in fact the order did not go through ( unless the local smoothie king is lying lol) - the entire app often freezes That’s just the app itself . Then there’s the unusable rewards points .
