What can I say, I’ve ordered 5-6 times I believe. Every single time it’s been absolutely delicious! Nice ppl, close to house, but my only neg....those five or six times have been pretty expensive! Is it worth it?!?!?! I just placed another order and I’m on my way there
App is extremely slow

The app is very slow to load and update your order. It likes to freeze on you a lot. If you need to update the order, it will sometimes error out on you. Overall, it’s a horrible experience.
Trash app.... good smoothies

This app is horrible. For a large chain you’d expect it to be better by now. The app glitches out on a regular basis. It’s more abnormal for you to be able to go into the app and place an order without any issues. I order from here daily with hopes that one day my hard earned money will help them be able to afford to fix this app
Drive thru only

Ordering online when my location is drive thru only is an inconvenience if the drive thru line is long. I wish the inside was open only to mobile orders. Otherwise I always have a great experience with smoothie king.
Needs to allow for rewards to be used.

I have two rewards currently. Both are $2 off coupons but neither is usable because of the app doesn’t allow for transactions to include rewards in mobile orders. So I went to the nearest store and I tried again using the mobile pay feature as instructed by the employee but the app still didn’t take off the reward in store.
