I keep getting messages and emails saying that I have earned rewards but they are never accessible via the app when I am placing orders. Very confusing and can’t find a resource to help
Great app but got 4 stars since seasonal drinks aren’t available on app and sometimes stores are online orders only. Other than that, it’s easy to navigate and convenient… bring back the watermelon extreme!!
I have tried 3 times to use apple pay (iphone 11pro ios 15) and it says the transaction can not be completed over and over. I had to go back and use my physical new card.
The app is atrocious. I can’t remember the last time I was able to order ahead because the screen never loads. It spins endlessly. Consequently, the only functional piece is the QR rewards code, which could easily be put on a physical wallet card, because what’s the point of the app if you can’t order ahead? Also want to point out this is the first review I have ever done for an app in my 13 years of owning smartphones. That’s how terrible this app is.
Need to change the app to allow people to use military discounts.
I only use the app for one store, to pickup. The app has identified this as a favorite. Yet I have to pick the location every order, always from a list that isn’t even in my state. Couldn’t a computer save your zip code as a default? Default to where your last order was? Anything?! The display of prior orders is a mess. After trial and error to get the perfect blend for yourself, you can’t delete the old orders. And with the tiny display and all the options, you have a list of old orders that all say, “Gladiator, chocolate,…” that all look the same with no distinguishing info visible. This has resulted in several wrong orders in my part.
So many times I have look to reorder and don’t find in my past order history! Also not intuitive to use and just makes it difficult to use overall. I’m new user. Easier just to order in the store.
