Slow weird app

Wow, this app is slow and quite dumb. I have ordered from it a few times, and have retype the order every time I do because the “pas orders” is consistently showing “no orders.” It is very slow to load and crashes. When it does load the lay out is confusing once you go to add the toppings and protein. It’s best to wait until you get to the store and order the old fashioned way. That way is always accurate!
Make sure you check your rewards and owner doesn’t allow tipping

Quite frustrating - you have to physically change the rewards you “earned” with your money to activate them. I had 13, 2.00 rewards, some expired due to not having them turned on. Additionally the location doesn’t allow for tipping these young kids working. I think that’s an awful play by the franchisee. What’s the problem? Is the franchise putting the possibility that he or she would have to count the tip as income to the company so they just shut it off? Come on, be better then that. I’m at this location a lot, I’ve never seen the owner.

First of all I thought I had the location set for 1 place. When. I ordered it went to another. I was trying to add extras, some else pops up. I was trying to delete the order to start again, it added another order. I had one for my son, who had a serious allergic reaction which can cause death. I hate this app.

The staff are always helpful and friendly greet you with a smile and your name make the customers feel welcomed never rushed I stop at this store almost every morning before work
Why is it 17+

I have kids who use this app but have restrictions on their phone now and all of a sudden the app disappeared. Why would this app be rated under 17+?? It’s a smoothie app... please change this rating!!! great app otherwise
Doesn’t save default location

Sitting in traffic to another smoothie king because it defaulted to another store than my usual. A 12 minute trip is now 40. I shouldnt have to double check when I placed an order to the same store over 20 times without issue.
