Beautiful, smart, convenient and secure. I love the new updates. There are lots of great and cool functions.
Does not recognize my password

I just renewed my password online and it works great. I login on my iPhone and it does not recognize my credentials. Can’t use the app. Useless!
Another Unnecessary update

Old app worked fine and did everything I needed. This one appears to work fine too, just have to get used to the few changes. Like the vast majority of app updates, this was completely un-needed. Just more welfare for software coders.

Sorry Do NOT like this app I had to download twice And delete 2 times. Old networked better before the changes SMCU changed their system.
Major upgrade!

Not sure about some of these newer reviews. This new app is a MAJOR upgrade from the old one. The prior app was super limiting and did not allow for a lot of transactions that were only available if you logged onto the desktop site. Clean, easy to use, and has much more functionality that before. Couldn’t be happier with this recent update!
Landscape mode?

Why is this app stuck in landscape mode? It posts the splash screen sideways, then flips 180 degrees, and stays in landscape mode despite my iPad’s orientation lock off. When I browse through the screens, it does not appear that the layout actually requires landscape mode, as there is a lot of wasted horizontal space. Inconvenient to use. I prefer telling my device what to do, rather than it forcing me to rotate it in order to use the app.
Honestly confused at security choices and lack of features

Why is the app and website separate logins? That's terrible for security and only results in higher risk for getting hacked and accounts getting locked and needing a full customer support reset more frequently. If I could even access my account I might just take my money out and close this account... But I can't because I'm constantly locked out. Also having no face ID login is a little crazy to me at this point. That is standard across almost all other apps I have and use. Not sure why the still have thumb print login when new phones don’t even have a thumb print button anymore.
