So this is a great bargain from Go Daddy. It has allowed me to let people contact me regarding business without having aces to my personal phone. This way, I can set what hours I allow these phone calls and texts to come through. I can maintain a weekend! Plus, you get to pick out your own phone number, which allowed me to pick one that is easy to remember. But there is one blunder to address. Often, I need to text my contact info, or the contact info of other people to my business clients. The only way for me to do this is through my regular cell phone number, and not through this app. That defeats the purpose of having a separate business phone number.

I swear dial up was faster!!! It’s been frustrating trying to run my business with this line. Got on the phone with a rep to express my concerns about the app’s efficiency and In stead of hearing me out the rep was telling me that it was not cause if it wasn’t effective people would be complaining about it so I just told him did you no heard anything I just TOLD YOU!!? what a joke!!

I switched to GoDaddy’s service from another company because it saved me a boat load of money, and quite frankly, I now like GoDaddy’s better anyway. The previous company had a big delay on the line when talking with clients, but not so much with GoDaddy’s. It’s an easy app to use and texting is quick. I do wish it had a feature to show who was calling me, though, and an easier way to save voicemails.
