The app is great. No complains except one. I would really appreciate if developers could add business hours separately on Sunday. Please please. 5 stars for you guys.

Very cost effective and easy to set up. My only request so far would be for the option to dedicate a separate ring tone for the calls to differentiate between my personal cell calls and second line calls.

Freezes your phone

The app does what I need it to do. Unfortunately it also keeps freezing all the time and often freezes my entire iPhone X requiring me to force restart one or more times a day. Deleting and reinstalling didn’t do the trick. Please investigate

UPDATE AFTER DEVELOPER RESPONSE 7/13/2018: -Didn’t address notification issue. Your phone will ring showing your own cell phone’s number and after you’re on the call that you just answered from SmartLine you’ll get an annoying notification from SmartLine telling you you have a call. Duh. -No way to search texts -Lacking many basic features Original Review: Subpar features. Unreliable. The JV squad developed this. Rings your phone showing your incoming number not the actual caller id. 5 sec after answering the app notification finally shows the actual incoming number. No auto reply to incoming texts (standard on every other service). Doesn’t save draft texts. Lag on voice calls Notifications are glitchy No way to delete multiple texts at once Very limited features. Spend more money and get a real solution.

I have had this app for about a year, and unfortunately had signs, business cards and other marketing materials made up for my real estate business before I realized how unreliable it is. I have had to waste valuable time on the phone with GoDaddy support at least 3 or 4 times during this time to figure out why I get a blank green screen when trying to get to my messages. This is so annoying and unprofessional when trying to run a business efficiently. It has just happened again, which is the reason I decided now is the time to put an end to this nonsense. Now I have to spend hundreds of dollars getting all my signs, business cards and other marketing materials made over again (with my real cell number). Then, I am cutting the cord with this big waste of money.

No need for a 2nd phone.

Love it! Use it for my business. Great 2nd line. No need to get a 2nd cell phone. I especially love the convenience of text messaging.

Dedicated address book

Wished they had a dedicated address book instead of populating it with my iPhone address book which is for personal contacts.

Great App with minor set backs

I love this app, very easy to use and convenient. What I love most about the app? A couple of weeks ago my phone was damaged beyond repair and unfortunately I haven’t backed my phone up in months. After getting my new phone and realizing that I lost about 30% of my apps including this guy here. I thought for sure all of my previous messages from clients were gone which would prove detrimental to my company. Long story short and to my very surprise all of the conversations were still there! A huge save for my company and a huge lesson for me when it comes to monthly back ups. Downfall? Picture messaging- only allows you to send one photo at a time which seems minor but still an inconvenience. Contacts- unless you want to store your clients info to your personal phone book there isn’t a way for you to store their numbers to be app which can cause confusion with random numbers flying around. ( I solved this by simply addressing my client each time I message them so I see their name in the previous message.) Overall- Great app, again super user friendly but can be improved. Great job GoDaddy! This is not a paid review.

No Caller ID

I understand the issue with privacy but in a business where knowing the names of my customers who call bc I have them saved in my phone looks a lot better.
