Calls are crystal clear and pair with my godaddy membership. Thank you for helping me look like I have it together. It makes prospecting and agent recruiting so much more efficient! Also, how do I make sure the caller ID says my company, instead of “unknown”?

Just got this 2nd phone line and for $10/month how can you go wrong? This will eliminate me from having to use two separate iPhones. Set up was easy I was surprised with the quality of the phone numbers they had available to choose from. Still trying to figure out the app it is very intuitive if you don’t know how to do something just start typing around and you will figure it out.

Not valid for WhatsApp.

This app does not work because the number is invalid to use in WhatsApp, as if one is paying a monthly fee and the number will not be valid for the needs of the user.??

This app is excellent and feature filled. At only $10 for unlimited everything, it’s a great tiny investment for your business. I used to have and pay for two phones! The only annoying thing is that many calls have a tiny delay in speech. This sometimes leads me to fumbling sentences with a customer. If that were fixed, SmartLine would be #1 hands down for second line app. (I use an iPhone 7 Plus on WiFi and Verizon LTE network).

I don’t know why I can’t save a number though... it lets me go through the motions and then when I click save it’s still just a random number

Negatives: - you can’t send multiple pictures at once - if you type in one name and you’ve already sent a message to that person previously, you cant send a multi-person message - you can’t make up a phone number and see if it’s available Positives: - many numbers to choose from - integrates with your contacts - does the job

Horrible. Lacking essential features

This app lacks basic messaging features that even non messaging apps have (ie AirBnb). So many faults. Not the least of which is notifying of incoming call. It only shows on your phone caller ID as your SmartLine #?!! No way to see who’s calling without answering. Plus, if you do answer, the notification from SL comes in several seconds later, interrupting your call! Plus if they leave a voicemail it will show on your native phone voicemail app as your SL number, not the caller’s number. No way to search texts. Doesn’t save drafts. Every time you open the app it gives a “Something went wrong, pull down to reset.” Can’t forward texts. The list goes on and on. This just scratches the surface. Here’s what you need to know: the people behind this app have no experience using a true phone and messaging app. They are 10 years behind where Google Voice was 10 years ago! Shame on these developers.
