I use this app almost every day. Tracks shipments, keeps a record for me. It does what it is supposed to do. A very useful app.

Ever since the last update my app is not loading new orders or shipments. I am getting slice notifications, but they’re not listed when I open the app. 3/27 deleted and reinstalled and now it won’t let me properly log in. I love this app when it WORKS.

It may miss one or two shipments, but adding a shipment is as easy as copy and pasting the tracking number. It does the rest! Sometimes I even am notified through this app before Amazon! Love it

I have ADHD and Learning differences and have been using this app since it’s beta origins! While it sometimes misses orders, or doesn’t always do everything. Like pickup shipments, recognize returns, or show the best photos automatically if at all. It is customizable and over time has improved dramatically. It’s superbly updated and supported. And it keeps my order history memorable and positive in a fairly easy way that is superbly easy for me to organize and keep track of. And when you don’t have a strong visual memory or recall and a weak short term memory across the board. This is invaluable.

I can’t Bear to just be waiting on packages and not get a message if there deliver or not I always check then I got this app and was able to get a faster update on my package like if ya been shipped or delivered faster then a purchase site you buy it from like eBay or amazon or others I recommend this site

I can’t tell you how long I’ve been using Slice now, but it’s been several years. It has always been good at tracking my packages, and I appreciate that they now watch for opportunities to save me money on my purchases.

Everything is great - except for the icon

Everytime I want to use Slice, I can never find the app icon on my screen - it’s visually too busy and it says “Rakuten” in big letters instead of “Slice”, which is what my brain expects. Please change this if possible! It’s a small UI change but makes a big difference. I pass over it 3 or 4 times before I realize which one it is.

This app is useful for my online order shipments tracking. The only flaw I find is that sometimes the pictures do not match what is in the order so I stopped going by pictures only. Other than that I like this app. I like being notified when a package arrives.
