If you have a question or an issue, you can’t contact customer service, if you email them, they don’t respond!

The app is great, but I wish it supported amazon two factor auth. It used to, which is how I got my amazon account linked, but now it doesn’t, and I can’t update my amazon login info I recently got an iPhone X, and discovered that the app crashes every time it tried to use Face ID, meaning I can’t get into the app at all

Used to be my go to app and I told everyone about how useful it was. It’s gone downhill the past year to now completely useless. Notifications no longer work (checked settings, reinstalled, doesn’t matter) and manually added shipments just disappear. It’s just junk now, and I’m looking for alternatives because the basic useful features are dead and it’s full of bugs all the time. Over it.

Most packages I get are from Amazon. I live in a condo building and almost 50% are from Amazon. I got this feature is necessary.

I’ve been using this app for a while now for the automatic package tracking but wow I just got back $100 on an iPad that I bought a couple days ago. One button click sent an automated message to the retailer and 10 minutes later they emailed me that the credit was approved. Awesome.

This is a great app to manage your deliveries. It captures all of your deliveries, whether UPS or FedEx, whether from eBay or Amazon.

This is a must have for anyone who doesn’t like to go through their list of binge purchases to track them all day. This app automatically finds all of your packages without you having to sign into anything. Found my eBay packages just because I had the eBay app installed. Five out of five would recommend. Works great while I’m at school for quick package checking ;)

It’s progressively getting worse. It shows purchases but doesn’t update when shipped and now it doesn’t give you the option to add tracking anymore, especially things bought from Amazon. I now have to go on the merchant’s website to track my items which renders this app obsolete.

I order a fair amount of things online. Slice has been consistently accurate in tracking my purchases. If I had a question, it was answered very quickly. I can’t rave enough about it.
