Good but not great.

It does track your sleep pretty well but it doesn’t really give you that in depth of detail on certain stages of sleep you’re getting.


Best sleep app with watch

When paired with watch it automatically detects sleep. Integrates seamlessly with Apple Health app. I pair it with Sleep Watch for really good data. Sleep detection is based on heart rate and activity. Best sleep detection app to use with Apple Watch out there.

Best sleeping app I’ve ever used.

I use this app for one reason: it’s simple. There are other apps that offer way more features, and may even look 10x nicer. My point is, the app is simple — I love that design. It’s not too ugly, it’s not too overly done, it just gets the job done. There’s no redundant, useless features. The only other feature I’d like to see added is heart rate monitoring during sleep sessions. Other than that, defiantly go for this app. I’ve used other ones out there, they’re not the best. They may give to more data, but I feel that data is redundant and not necessarily as useful. This app does however, you get the data you want: sleep data. That’s it, nothing more. No more complex viewing “modes.” Just simple data we all want and need to understand our sleeping habits.

Was working great. Now it never tracks sleep anymore when in automatic mode have checked all settings and they are set correctly?!?

As of 3 days ago it no longer sends data from my watch to the app. Tried rebooting both phone and watch. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing. This seems tied to my upgrading to the paid version strange as that sounds. Please fix with update if possible.


Sleep is very important

The quality of sleep is a huge factor in your health. I spent the majority of my work life working nights. First with my children then to be able to make and attend course work and other appointments. After retiring my body was so used to avoiding a circadian rhythm it was a struggle to adjust back. This app has been so helpful in showing me how to readjust my schedule by becoming aware of my peaks and restlessness. I now am able to cope, I feel better, am overcoming insomnia completely and I am much happier. Eileen P. Landreth


Didn’t even register sleep

I tried it for 2 nights. One with manual sleep log and one without and it did not log any sleep both nights. Disappointed it seemed like a good app

I am a reader and sometimes wake up in the middle of my night and will be reading on my phone but because I’m not moving enough the watch doesn’t consider me awake. I do like this app very much just wish there was a way this could be fixed
