Inaccurate tracking

As another reviewer said, it seems to track when I’m in bed at night, not when I’m sleeping. And if I take a nap in the afternoon (& I sleep w/o stirring) there is no account of that. Another problem is I am unable to delete recorded sleep times (actually watching tv in bed). I can confirm a sleep period, but cannot delete a non sleep period.

there are maybe a couple of things that make the Apple Watch useful (other than it being a Watch)... this is one of them !

App works well to track sleep. However doesn’t rank five stars because it lacks a few other things I’d like in a sleep app. Also, it gives me some message in Red that moves so quickly I can’t read it every time I open it for use. Otherwise I like it and seems to be pretty accurate.

I used this app for 2 months before forgetting about it. This app requires you to manually tell it that you are about to sleep and that you are awake. If you forget to do one of the following, your sleep data will be missing or inaccurate for the night. This discourages the user from continually using it. I recommend AutoSleep (especially with an Apple Watch) as it automatically detects when you sleep and wake up and provides FAR more data about your sleep.
