For the most part, it seems to accurately register the number of hours slept, however, occasionally it does not register a night’s sleep, even though I am wearing my watch and it is fully charged. I think that being able to manually enter time slept should be an option. That is really the only complaint I have, and the only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars.

I really wanted to like this app. But it’s very flawed. If you sleep for hours, then are awake for a few minutes or few hours before resuming sleep, Sleep++ will either record your time as restless, or will completely stop recording sleep even if most of your sleep occurs after your mid-night awake time. Ugh.

Unless you move Extensively when you wake, this app doesn’t accurately reflect your awake time. It takes me over an hour to get to sleep (not reflected), I know I wake at least once a night (usually about an hour to hour and a half after I fall asleep which doesn’t get picked up) and sometimes I lay in bed for a while before getting up (not reflected).
WTF1!1!
I tried this app when I first got the apple watch and thought it was OK, but wasn't a huge fan of the manual sleep tracking. With this last update, I love the auto sleep tracking. I don't have to worry about starting / stopping or watch battery drain. This really is a no-brainer must have with the watch!

To get Sleep++ to write to Apple Health app, I must toggle Save Data to Health off and then back on every day.

Sunday I slept for 177H 30M and 163H on Monday. This keeps coming up for last week and I’ve deleted it twice now. It hasn’t auto tracked a night of sleep yet.

My understanding is that with this new update, you no longer have to activate the app on the Apple Watch before going to sleep. WRONG!! The only way this app works for me is if I activate the words “START SLEEPING”. That is too much trouble to do it every night and morning. I thought it was improved, but not for me. ?

Love the simplicity of the app except with the new auto sleep mode it's been extremely inaccurate. Last night I slept from 2am to 7am but the auto sleep said I slept from 8pm the previous night until 7am. And the night before it didn't log anything at all. *update* The app hasn't recorded sleep for 3 nights in a row now, I'm really bummed that it's not working

This is by far the most useful, accurate, simple to use and well designed sleep tracking App on the AppStore.
